Forest City Surplus Canada hosts an annual Halloween costume contest!

For 2023, the contest is for children ages 1-13 and adults 14 and up.

Up to $300 in prizes are awarded for the best Halloween costumes!

Second prize is a $60 gift certificate
Third prize is a $40 gift certificate
